About the position
As a Hightech Operator / Orbital Welder, you play an essential role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You work in a modern cleanroom environment, handling both unique parts and small series production, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Using advanced welding equipment, you program welding sequences, operate specialized welding heads, and ensure every product meets strict quality requirements.
Your responsibilities include:- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work
- Preparing and aligning components to achieve maximum precision
- Applying purging and forming techniques to guarantee high-quality welds
- Performing detailed quality inspections on finished products
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow
You work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated and professional team where craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key values.
What we offer
- Competitive salary between €3,850 and €4,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours, including shift allowance)
- Full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract

Job Requirements
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience in precision engineering or technical production
- Welding experience (TIG or orbital preferred) is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality
- Able to work independently while following strict procedures
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Good command of English or Dutch
- Own accommodation and reliable transport
