About the position
As a Factory Worker at Rockwool, you play an important role in the production of sustainable stone wool products used around the world. You will work in a modern production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. Every day is different as you support various parts of the production process. You can work between 16 and 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, including weekends.
Your responsibilities include:

- Inspecting products for quality and specifications;
- Transporting raw materials and finished products using a forklift or pallet truck;
- Cleaning machines and equipment according to 5S and Lean guidelines;
- Supporting different stages of the production process.

- A gross hourly salary of €16.33, excluding shift allowances;
- Shift allowances of up to 57% on weekends;

Job Requirements
You are motivated, enjoy working in a team, and like hands-on work. In addition:
- You are available to work rotating shifts, including weekends;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language; English or German is an advantage;
- You are willing to follow internal training courses and obtain certifications;
- You are available to work up to 40 hours per week.
