About the position
As a sandblaster, you will contribute to the preparation and protection of metal surfaces within our production process. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work with advanced techniques such as grit-corundum blasting and schoopeeren, collaborating with a dedicated team in a safe and efficient environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for metalworking, a technical mindset, and a willingness to work in shifts.

- Prepare: ensure metal surfaces are ready according to set quality standards.
- Operate: handle the blasting equipment with precision to maintain a smooth production process.
- Apply: use schoopeeren techniques to protect products from wear and rust.
- Inspect: perform quality checks to meet customer expectations and specifications.
- Collaborate: work with your team to maintain a safe, efficient, and professional workplace.

- Monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,700 (based on 40 hours).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time position in two shifts (40 hours per week).

Job Requirements
We are looking for a precise and motivated sandblaster with a passion for quality and teamwork.
- Experience in metal preservation and grit/corundum blasting
- Knowledge of thermal spray techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Experience with overhead cranes is an advantage
