About the position
As a logistics picker & packer at GEODIS in Venlo, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse processes. Working with ASUS products, such as monitors and other electronics, you’ll ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. This role combines physical tasks with precision and collaboration in a dynamic, international environment. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and adherence to safety guidelines will be key to your success.
What You Will Do:
- Order collection: using an order list to pick products from the warehouse accurately.
- Preparing shipments: carefully packing, labeling, and ensuring products are ready for transport.
- Operating equipment: supporting logistics processes by using an electric pallet truck (EPT).
- Collaboration: working closely with colleagues in an international team to meet daily targets.
- Maintaining safety: following safety protocols and keeping your workspace organized and structured.

- Hourly wage between €14.98 and €15.58, based on experience.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role: 32–40 hours per week in day shifts.
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km, up to €11.50/day.
- Including 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year.
- Access to over 500 training programs and certifications.
- Opportunities to grow into roles like reach truck operator.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a precise, team-oriented logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in logistics or order picking is a plus.
- Proficient in using EPT; certification is an advantage.
- Physically fit for warehouse tasks (lifting up to 20 kg).
- Structured, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Available for day shifts (07:00–16:00) long-term.
