About the position
As an operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will work in a high-tech cleanroom environment where precision and quality are at the forefront. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth production processes and delivering high-quality dairy products. With your technical skills and attention to detail, you will operate advanced machinery, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic and innovative setting.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: machines and automated production lines to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Resolve: technical malfunctions in collaboration with colleagues and the technical team.
- Perform: quality checks and registrations to meet FrieslandCampina’s high standards.
- Adjust: and set up machines and robots during product changes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Contribute: to process improvements by actively sharing ideas for optimization.

- Salary up to €3,250 gross per month (incl. shift allowance).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time workweek of 36 hours in a 3-shift system.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive operator eager to thrive in an innovative production environment.
- Fluent in Dutch or English.
- Own transport to Leerdam required.
- Available full-time for 3-shift rotation (incl. nights).
- Experience as an operator is a plus.
- Proactive and quality-focused work approach.
