About the position
As an Order Picker and Packer at UPS Healthcare in Venlo, you help ensure that medical products are processed safely, accurately, and delivered on time. You will work in a modern warehouse environment where teamwork, quality, and precision are essential. The work is varied, and no two days are exactly the same.
What You Will Do:
- Pick and pack medical products using a hand scanner;
- Prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality guidelines;
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods safely and efficiently;
- Check products for quantity, quality, and possible damages;
- Register and process goods using SAP and WMS systems;
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What We Offer:
- An hourly salary between €15.40 and €19.25, including allowances;
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
- A 25% shift allowance for hours worked after 19:00;
- Travel allowance of up to €9.47 per day;
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage;
- You are available to work day shifts, 2-shift, or 3-shift schedules between 06:00 and 00:00;
- Experience with hand scanners, EPT, forklifts, or similar equipment is a plus;
- You are willing to learn and obtain additional certifications if needed;
- You are flexible and comfortable working different shifts;
- You have a basic command of the English language;
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You are willing and able to work in a temperature-controlled environment when required.
