About the position
As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our flat glass production running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating modern glass processing machines.
- Monitoring production quality throughout the process.
- Solving minor technical issues independently.
- Working together with maintenance colleagues when needed.
- Performing quality checks before products leave production.
- Helping improve safety and production efficiency.

- An hourly wage starting at €15.55 plus 23% shift allowance.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- 38.25 guaranteed hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday allowance to enhance your financial stability.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
You enjoy practical work and like being part of a team.
You also:
- Have experience in production or machine operation (preferred)
- Are willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
- Are physically fit and enjoy active work
- Speak basic Dutch, English or German
- Take responsibility for quality and safety
- Want to learn and develop yourself
