About the position
As a production worker at our growing food company in Zoetermeer, you will be part of a team dedicated to crafting authentic Asian sauces, spices, and marinades. Your role is diverse and hands-on, requiring attention to detail, physical fitness, and a team-oriented mindset. While experience in production or the food industry is a plus, it’s not a requirement—we provide training and opportunities for growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare: gather ingredients and ready production orders for processing.
- Process: mix and handle ingredients according to established recipes.
- Package: ensure products are packed and labeled according to quality standards.
- Inspect: perform quality checks on products and production processes.
- Maintain: keep your workspace clean and organized while supporting your colleagues.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a hands-on production environment and values quality and collaboration.
- You are precise, motivated, and enjoy practical work.
- You work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- You are physically fit and can handle standing and lifting.
- Experience in production or food is a plus, not required.
- You speak English, Polish, or Ukrainian fluently.
