About the position
As a reachtruckdriver at Aalberts in Almere, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse processes. Working in a modern and informal environment, you’ll use your expertise to ensure that products are handled safely and efficiently. With your attention to detail and commitment to safety, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining a well-organized and productive workspace. You’ll work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00–12:00 and 12:00–18:00) and be prepared to adapt to future changes, such as 12-hour shifts.
What You Will Do:
- Receive and process: incoming goods by checking and registering them accurately.
- Store: products in their designated locations using the reachtruck.
- Pick orders: by gathering items and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain safety: by ensuring a clean and secure working environment.
- Support: your colleagues with various warehouse tasks as needed.

- Salary starting from €3600 gross per month.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 40 hours per week in 2-shift rotation.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (5–35 km).

Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious reach truck driver who values teamwork and precision.
- Valid forklift and reach truck certification.
- Full-time availability for 2-shift schedule (06:00–12:00, 12:00–18:00).
- MBO level 2 education or equivalent work experience.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in the future.
