About the position
As a sample lab medewerker, you will contribute to the smooth preparation and shipment of samples for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Working in a close-knit team, you ensure that every step of the process—from weighing and packaging to adhering to IATA regulations for air freight—is handled with precision. With your eye for detail and structured approach, you play a key role in ensuring that customers worldwide receive their samples on time.
What You Will Do:
- Weighing and preparing: accurately measure and prepare fragrance and flavor samples for shipment.
- Packing and shipping: properly pack and ship samples, including hazardous materials, in compliance with IATA regulations.
- Documentation: create DG documentation for air transport to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Order processing: efficiently handle orders in SAP to maintain smooth operations.
- Operating a reachtruck/forklift: move and store goods in the warehouse using a reachtruck/forklift when necessary.
What we offer
- A monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,000 gross
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- A full-time role (38-40 hours per week)
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km

Job Requirements
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated logistics professional to join our team, bringing precision and a proactive mindset to our operations.
- Experience in logistics or as an order picker.
- Proficient in English or Dutch (approximately C1 level).
- Physically capable of lifting up to ±23 kg.
- Basic computer skills for order processing tasks.
- Accurate and detail-focused work approach.
