About the position
As a warehouse employee at Geodis, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Together with your team, you ensure that customer orders are processed quickly, accurately, and on time. This is an active and varied role where you help maintain an organized and safe working environment while meeting daily goals.
What You Will Do:
- Order picking: carefully collecting products using a scanner to fulfill customer orders.
- Packing and labeling: preparing orders for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed and correctly labeled.
- Quality control: checking products for accuracy and any potential damages before shipping.
- Warehouse organization: maintaining a clean, safe, and structured workspace to support efficient operations.
- Team collaboration: working closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and continuously improve processes.

- Hourly wage between €14.98 and €15.58, based on experience.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 40 hours per week.
- Travel allowance from 10 km, up to €11.50 per day.
- vacation days and 8% holiday allowance annually.

- Structured internal training and development opportunities.
- Fixed working hours: 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00.
At Start People, we apply equal pay principles. Your employment conditions match those of employees directly hired by the client. This includes hourly wage, holidays, allowances, ADV compensation, and other pay components.
Job Requirements
We are looking for an active and reliable warehouse worker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- At least 1 year experience in order picking or warehouse work.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, German, or English.
- Physically fit; able to lift heavier items when needed.
- Accurate, independent, and proactive work attitude.
- Available for fixed shifts: 07:00–16:00 and 09:00–18:00.
