About the position
As an orderpicker/packer, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse in Venlo. Your role involves working with an EPT (electric pallet truck) to efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This position is active and hands-on, requiring precision, teamwork, and a structured approach to ensure high-quality results. You’ll be part of an international team where collaboration and mutual support are key to achieving daily goals.
What You Will Do:
- Order picking: accurately collect items based on order lists using an EPT.
- Packing and labeling: prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and secure packaging.
- Quality control: check items for accuracy, quantity, and condition before dispatch.
- Warehouse organization: maintain a clean and safe workspace by following established processes and safety guidelines.
- Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and meet deadlines.

- Hourly wage between €14.98 and €15.58, based on experience.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role (32–40 hours per week) in day shifts.
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km, up to €11.50/day.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a precise and proactive team player with a passion for logistics, ready to contribute to a dynamic and international warehouse environment.
- Experience in logistics or order picking is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPT; certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
- Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse tasks.
- Available for shifts from 09:00 to 18:00, with one full week every three weeks from 07:30 to 18:00.
