About the position
As an orderpicker/packer, you will play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse in Venlo. Using an electric pallet truck (EPT), you’ll focus on accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This hands-on role requires precision, teamwork, and a structured approach to maintain high-quality standards. Working in an international team, you’ll contribute to a collaborative environment where mutual support drives success.
What You Will Do:
- Order picking: accurately collect items based on order lists using an EPT.
- Packing and labeling: prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and secure packaging.
- Quality control: check items for accuracy, quantity, and condition before dispatch.
- Warehouse organization: maintain a clean and safe workspace by following established processes and safety guidelines.
- Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and meet deadlines.

- Hourly wage between €14.98 and €15.58, based on experience.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role (32–40 hours per week) in day shifts.
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km, up to €11.50/day.

Job Requirements

- Experience in logistics or order picking is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPT; certification is a plus.

- Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse tasks.
- Available long-term and flexible within day shifts.
