About the position
As a logistics employee in the evening shift at GLS, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient handling of packages. Working alongside your team, you ensure that shipments are processed accurately and on time, making a tangible impact on customer satisfaction. This role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and adaptability, especially in a dynamic and cold working environment.
What You Will Do:
- Unloading: carefully unload trucks filled with packages.
- Sorting: organize packages based on their destinations.
- Loading: stack and load packages into trucks for delivery.
- Supporting: assist with cleaning and tidying tasks to maintain a safe workspace.
- Physical tasks: engage in walking, standing, and lifting throughout your shift.

- Hourly salary of €14.99, excluding additional allowances.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Work schedule of 24-40 hours per week, fixed evening shifts.
- 8.75% allowance for hours worked between 20:00-00:00.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive logistics team member who thrives in a dynamic and physically active environment.
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Available Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 23:00.
- Physically capable of performing active tasks.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Team player with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
