About the position
Your role as a warehouse employee at Geodis in Venlo is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of operations. You’ll primarily focus on restacking pallets with 25 kg bags of raw materials for our client Tetra Pak. This is a physically active role where attention to detail and teamwork are key. Alongside restacking, you’ll contribute to other warehouse tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
What You Will Do:
- Restacking: manually reorganize pallets with 25 kg bags to meet specific client requirements, forming the core of your daily activities
- Support: assist with general warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, and keeping the workspace organized
- Quality checks: ensure all materials meet the required standards before processing or shipping
- Collaboration: work closely with your team to achieve daily targets and maintain a positive working environment
- Safety: follow all safety protocols and use provided protective equipment to ensure a secure workplace

- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a dependable and physically capable team player who thrives in a structured warehouse environment and values teamwork.
- Experience in logistics is a plus, no diploma required.
- Physically fit to lift 25 kg bags repeatedly.
- Fluent in Dutch or English for clear communication.
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to support team success.
