As a customer service medewerker, you will contribute to creating a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across multiple communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. With your strong communication skills and ability to multitask, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Resolve customer inquiries: via phone, email, and live chat, both pre- and post-purchase.
- Maintain accurate records: document customer interactions and provide precise information using the appropriate tools.
- Handle complaints: offer suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, ensuring complete resolution and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs: assess and address customer requirements to enhance satisfaction.
- Adhere to procedures: follow established communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and German or French, spoken and written.
- Experience in customer contact via phone and other channels.
- Skilled in multitasking and effective time management.
- Minimum MBO level and proficient in Office software.
- Willing to work from our Rotterdam office.
