Job Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Fluent in English and German or French, spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer contact via phone and other channels.
  • Skilled in multitasking and effective time management.
  • Minimum MBO level and proficient in Office software.
  • Willing to work from our Rotterdam office.
