As an Industrial Blaster, you will contribute to the heart of our conservation department, playing a vital role in preparing and protecting metal surfaces. You'll face the rewarding challenge of maintaining the highest quality standards, using your skills in blasting and schoopering to ensure our products withstand the test of time. Key qualifications include experience in metal conservation, blasting techniques, and a willingness to work in shifts. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation: ready metal surfaces for conservation, ensuring they are clean and suitable for coating.
• Operation: manage the blasting line with skill, applying schoopering techniques effectively.
• Quality control: perform regular checks to maintain our high standards and commitment to excellence.
• Teamwork: collaborate within a 20-person team, contributing to a culture of precision and shared success.

• A competitive monthly salary between €3075 and €3185 gross based on a 40-hour workweek, including shift allowance
• A permanent contract
• Fulltime employment (38 hours per week)

• Experienced in metal conservation, grit-corundum blasting
• Overhead crane operation experience preferred
• Schoopering process knowledge a significant asset
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English
• Open to working in shifts
