About the position
As an Industrial Spray Painter, you’ll be a key member of our conservation team, ensuring metal products meet the highest standards of durability and quality. Your work directly contributes to the rust resistance and finishing of our products, preparing them for the next stages of production. Working with a team of 20 skilled professionals, you’ll thrive in an environment that values precision, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare metal surfaces for spray painting, ensuring they are clean and ready for treatment.
- Apply high-quality spray coatings to achieve a durable and consistent finish.
- Perform quality checks to guarantee all products meet our rigorous standards.
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe workspace.
- Work in two shifts, morning and evening.

- Monthly salary of €3,500–€3,700 gross

Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter who thrives in a dynamic metalworking environment and values quality craftsmanship:
- Experience in metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting
- Familiarity with the schoopering process is a strong advantage
- Proficient in English or German; Dutch is a plus
- Own accommodation and reliable transport
- Willingness to work shift schedules
