About the position
As a Logistics Employee, you are an essential part of the logistics operation. Together with a close-knit team of around 20 colleagues, you ensure that goods are received, processed, stored, and shipped efficiently. Accuracy, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do.You will start working in a day shift schedule (07:30 - 16:15). During busier periods, you will work in a 2-shift system (06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00).
Your responsibilities include:- Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment
- Receiving, inspecting, and administratively processing incoming goods
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Performing internal transport using forklifts, EPTs, and potentially reach trucks
- Order picking with packing lists and digital systems
- Carrying out regular inventory counts
- Reporting damages, discrepancies, and unsafe situations
- Contributing ideas to improve logistics processes
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3,570 and €3,650 (including shift allowance), based on a 40-hour workweek
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

Job Requirements
- MBO-level education and logistics experience
- Available full-time and preferably able to start soon
- Experience operating forklifts and EPTs
- Reach truck experience is a plus
- Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Dutch language skills are considered an advantage
- Team player with a proactive and accurate working style
