About the position
As a metal worker, you will have an essential role in producing top-quality iron counterweights for our international clients. Your work will be varied, practical, and crucial to our production process. From preparing molds to assisting in casting and finishing products, you’ll work alongside skilled colleagues who value craftsmanship, safety, and team spirit.Your tasks include:
- Preparing molds according to technical specifications.
- Safely operating overhead cranes to move heavy castings.
- Grinding and finishing products to exact dimensions.
- Applying surface treatments such as sanding and filling.
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Collaborating with your team to meet production targets in a positive, supportive atmosphere.
What we offer
- Competitive starting salary between € 2,950 and € 3,062 gross per month (40 hours per week).
- Full-time, permanent contract for long-term stability.
- Fixed daytime hours, Monday to Friday (07:30–16:30) – enjoy evenings and weekends free.

- 25 vacation days plus 8.33% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance for commutes over 10 km.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, technically minded team player who’s ready to commit to a long-term role. You:
- Are available full-time and eager for a stable position.
- Have experience working with tools; metal industry experience is a plus.
- Have used overhead cranes (or are willing to learn).
- Work well independently and in a team.
- Speak and understand English well.
- Have your own accommodation and transport.
- Are flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
