About the position
As a Production Employee, you will play a vital role in producing sustainable raw materials for a global leader in the agricultural industry. You’ll work in a clean, well-organized facility where quality, hygiene, and safety are always top priorities.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supplying raw materials to industrial mixers
- Monitoring sterilization and inoculation processes in the cleanroom
- Operating and supervising packaging systems (2.5 kg bags)
- Recording and checking production parameters to ensure quality standards are met
- Transporting packaged products internally using a trolley
- Keeping your work area and equipment spotless through thorough daily cleaningThis is a varied production role in a 2-shift system within a cleanroom environment, where precision and quality come first.

- Starting salary: €3,466 gross/month (based on 40 hours/week, incl. 2-shift allowance)
- Career growth: Potential to progress to a senior operator role, earning up to €4,500 gross/month (incl. allowances)

Job Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on team player who’s ready to build a long-term career:
- Experience as a production worker or operator
- Some technical skills or background are a strong plus
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and structured in your work
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system (occasional day shift or future 3-shift work is a plus)
- Own accommodation and transport
- Good communication skills in English
