About the position
As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You will work in a technically challenging and hygienic environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production runs flawlessly and that customers around the world receive high-quality products.Your responsibilities
- Operating and setting up large production machines.
- Performing checks and quality measurements during production.
- Monitoring the process and acting quickly in case of malfunctions.
- Carrying out minor maintenance and reporting technical issues.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
- Working closely with your team to meet the production planning.
With you team you will be working in a 3-shift system.

- A starting salary between €3,700 and €4,200 gross per month (including shift allowance), depending on age and experience.
- A full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Job Requirements

- Experience as an operator and technical eduation.
- Available to work in a 3-shift system.
- Good command of the English language and at least a basic command of the Dutch or German language.
- You have your own accommodation and transport.
- You work accurately and value quality and safety.
- You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
- Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus.
