About the position
As a production worker, you contribute to the creation of high-quality counterweights for mobile cranes, ensuring each product meets strict quality standards. Based in Nijmegen, you join a close-knit team where craftsmanship and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

What you will do- Grinding and sanding: smooth cast iron parts using 230 grinding discs and chipping hammers to remove imperfections
- Quality control: inspect products to ensure they meet high standards for finishing and precision
- Tool handling: safely and effectively operate hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and chipping hammers
- Workplace maintenance: keep your work area clean and safe to support efficient production
- Collaboration: work closely with your team to meet production targets and deliver quality products to international clients

- Monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,100 gross based on 40 hours per week

Job Requirements
- Experience with grinding, sanding, or similar tasks is a plus
- Experience operating an overhead crane is highly preferred
- Skilled in using tools and working with precision
- Physically fit and willing to work hard
- Fluent in Dutch or English, both spoken and written
