About the position
As a Technical Quality Inspector, you work in the final stage of the production process, performing both in-process and final inspections of high-end technical products.
You inspect components and assembled systems based on technical drawings, specifications, and strict quality standards. Using precision measuring tools, you identify deviations and ensure that every product meets all requirements before it is released for shipment.
You work in a cleanroom-based high-tech manufacturing environment where accuracy, structure, and teamwork are essential.
- Checking customer orders before shipment
- Performing in-process and final inspections of technical products and assemblies
- Verifying dimensions and product specifications using technical drawings
- Working with precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
- Identifying and reporting deviations in the production process
- Creating non-conformance reports and quality documentation
- Releasing products according to established quality standards
- Collaborating with production, assembly, and other departments on quality-related topics
- Contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality processes

- Gross monthly salary between €3,850 and €4,064 including shift allowance, depending on experience

Job Requirements
We are looking for a technically skilled professional with experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Completed technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, or production technology)
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Experience in technical production, assembly, or high-tech manufacturing
- Experience with precision measuring tools and dimensional inspections
- Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Full-time availability and you have your own accommodation
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00 – 14:30 / 14:30 – 23:00)
