About the position
As a MIG/MAG welder, you will contribute to the production of high-quality trailers that are used worldwide. Your role involves precision welding and assembling parts based on technical drawings, ensuring every product meets the highest standards. Working in an informal and collaborative environment, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your craftsmanship while also suggesting improvements to enhance production processes.
What You Will Do:
- welding: perform MIG/MAG welding on construction parts according to technical specifications
- assembly: assemble parts into complete trailers, ensuring all components fit perfectly
- maintenance: keep your workspace and tools organized and in excellent condition
- inspection: check welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies
- improvement: share ideas to optimize work methods and increase efficiency

- Gross monthly salary between €3,150 and €3,400.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 40-hour workweek, day shift (07:30 - 16:15).
- 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 additional leave days).
- Travel allowance of €0.23/km for distances over 10 km.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled MIG/MAG welder who thrives in a team-oriented and quality-driven environment.
- Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding and reading technical drawings
- Full-time availability for day shifts (07:30 - 16:15)
- Good command of Dutch or English, written and spoken
- Collegial, eager to learn, and adaptable to new techniques
- MBO 4 level, preferably in production
