About the position
As a Production Employee within the Powder Production Unit (PPU) at IFF, you are responsible for processing powder flavorings into high-quality powder products. You will work in a modern, three-floor production facility, where each floor represents a different part of the production process.You will start in the pre-batch area, where you collect and accurately weigh raw materials and prepare everything according to the recipe. This role requires precision as well as physical effort. Once you master these tasks, you will gradually be trained in additional machine and mixing processes, including filling finished products and preparing them for shipment.

- Lifting 20–25 kg bags and loading them into machines
- Mixing ingredients according to recipes and instructions
- Supporting machines and monitoring production processes
- Filling, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Working according to safety and hygiene regulations
What we offer
- Hourly wage: €17,38 plus 20.5% shift allowance paid on all hours
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
- 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km

Job Requirements
- Willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
- Dutch or English proficiency at B2 level
- Physically able to lift bags of 20–25 kg
- Experience in a production or logistics environment
- Ale to work with strong scented materials
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
