About the position
As a factory worker at Mauser in Oosterhout, you’ll play an active role in producing high-quality industrial packaging, such as plastic barrels and jerrycans, used by companies worldwide. What You Will Do:
- Assemble and seal: plastic containers to ensure they are secure and ready for use.
- Inspect: products for quality and identify any defects or irregularities.
- Organize: items by stacking, wrapping, and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain: a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support smooth operations.
- Report: minor issues or irregularities to your supervisor promptly.

- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time role of 33–40 hours per week.
- 28% shift bonus — earn up to €22.21 per hour!
- 8.33% profit-sharing bonus on all hours worked.
- Travel allowance for your commute.
Job Requirements

- Proven experience in production or factory environments.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights.
- Fluent in English or Dutch for effective communication.
