About the position
As a forklift at GEODIS in Venlo, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. Your day-to-day tasks will involve a mix of operating a forklift and supporting other warehouse activities, making your role dynamic and varied. Working in a team-oriented and international environment, you will contribute to maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all processes.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: a forklift to move goods, load and unload trucks, and store pallets in designated locations.
- Support: with order picking, packing, and checking goods when needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain: a safe and organized workspace by following safety protocols and keeping your area tidy.
- Collaborate: with your team to ensure daily targets are met and processes run efficiently.
- Adapt: to various tasks and schedules, including occasional shifts starting earlier in the day.

- Hourly wage between €14.98 and €16.20, based on experience.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 32–40 hours per week, in day shifts.
- Travel allowance up to €11.50 per day for distances over 10 km.
- Opportunities to grow into specialist roles, such as reach truck operator.
- Access to training programs and certification renewals.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious forklift operator with a proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid forklift certificate with proven logistics experience.
- Flexibility to perform order picking and packing tasks.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse responsibilities effectively.
- Capable of obtaining a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- Available for shifts from 09:00 to 18:00, with one full week every three weeks from 07:30 to 18:00.
