About the position
As an industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the quality and durability of our metal products by applying protective coatings with precision and expertise. Working in our conservation department, you will prepare metal surfaces, operate advanced spraying equipment, and ensure that all products meet our high standards for rust resistance and finish. Your role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality in every task.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare: metal surfaces for coating by cleaning, masking, and inspecting for imperfections.
- Operate: spray painting equipment to apply protective coatings with accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect: finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate: with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold safety protocols.
- Maintain: equipment and workspaces to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.

- A monthly salary between €36 and €3700 gross.
- A permanent contract for long-term stability.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Blaster who thrives in a structured environment and values precision and teamwork.
- Experience with metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting.
- Familiarity with the schoopering process is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English is required.
- You have your own accommodation and transport.
- Experience operating equipment like an overhead crane is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts is essential.
