About the position
As a Junior Operator, you will support the production process and gradually develop your technical skills:
- Operate and monitor production and packaging lines.
- Perform quality checks on cheese products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
- Set up, adjust, and change machine settings.
- Identify deviations in the process and act accordingly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Accurate, responsible, and proactive working style.
- Full-time availability.
- Dutch or English speaking.
- Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required.
Job Requirements

- Salary up to €3,250 gross/month (including shift allowance).
- 36-hour work week in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday allowance + 4% year-end bonus.
