About the position
As a logistics employee at GLS, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of packages during the early morning hours. Your role is essential in ensuring that shipments are accurately sorted and prepared for delivery, helping customers receive their parcels on time. This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to meet daily goals while adhering to safety guidelines.
What You Will Do:
- Unload: packages from trucks and containers to prepare them for sorting.
- Sort: packages based on their destination to ensure accurate delivery.
- Load: and stack packages into trucks for efficient transportation.
- Perform: physically active tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying packages.
- Support: the team with additional tasks like cleaning and organizing the workspace.

- Hourly salary of €14.80.
- Temporary contract with extension prospect.
- Part-time role, 20 hours weekly.
- 8% holiday allowance for financial support.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
- Fixed morning shifts, afternoons free.
Job Requirements
You are a motivated and reliable individual ready to contribute actively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- VMBO-level education or equivalent required.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English.
- Physically fit for lifting and active tasks.
- Available for fixed early morning shifts (03:30 - 08:00).
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on teamwork.
