As an Operator / Line Manager at Go-Tan, you will be the heart of our production, ensuring our delicious products are crafted to perfection. Your journey will start on the filling line, where you'll become an expert in our processes and products. • Master the filling line operations, gaining hands-on experience with our products and machinery.
• Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 operators/production employees as a Line Manager.
• Ensure top-quality control and manage the administrative documentation of production data.
• Perform essential maintenance on machines and manage the changeover and cleaning processes.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, collaborating with the Technical Service when needed.

• Earn between €14,50 and €17.80 per hour, plus a 20% shift allowance.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent role.
• Full-time, 40-hour week in a dynamic 3-shift system.

• Completed education as a (food) operator or have work experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Managerial experience or ambition to develop this
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English
• Proactive, results-oriented, quality-conscious
• Able to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule
