Your tasks include:

• Ensuring that your part of the preparation process runs smoothly;
• Assisting fellow operators at the machines to ensure not only your process runs smoothly, but the entire department;
• Independently resolving minor malfunctions or reporting them to the technical department (TD);
• Carrying out replacement work;
• Identifying, reporting, and proposing improvements for deviations in the production process.

• Ideally, you have a technical education in the field of process industry, such as VAPRO A or B. Don't have a relevant diploma, but super motivated? We still welcome your application;
• Experience as an operator or in a similar role, for example within the food industry;
• You are available full-time and comfortable working in a 3-shift system;
• Critically assessing process improvements is second nature to you.
