About the position
Your role as an operator packaging includes ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging processes at our production site in Breda. Working in a three-shift system, you will contribute to maintaining our high-quality standards. With your technical skills and problem-solving mindset, you will keep machines running efficiently, resolve technical issues, and adapt to changing production needs. Collaboration with colleagues and other departments is key to ensuring an effective workflow.
What You Will Do:
- Operate and adjust: both automatic and manual packaging machines to ensure a seamless process.
- Perform quality checks: and document any deviations according to established guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues: and carry out minor maintenance tasks in collaboration with the technical team.
- Reconfigure production lines: when adjustments are needed for different products or packaging requirements.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness: by ensuring a safe and organized working environment.

- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role in a three-shift system (Monday to Friday).
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive operator with technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to join our packaging team in Breda.
- Minimum 2 years of operator experience, preferably in packaging.
- Full-time availability for a three-shift system.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, spoken and written.
- Own transportation to our Breda location.
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and solution-focused.
