About the position
What will you do as an Order Picker?
As an Order Picker, you are responsible for collecting, checking, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll work with electronic products and ensure everything reaches the customer on time and in perfect condition.
Your tasks include:
- Picking orders using hand scanners
- Packing products according to guidelines
- Performing quality checks
- Preparing packages for shipment
- Physical work: lifting items up to 20 kg independently, heavier items (up to 30 kg) with a colleague
- Flexibility: you may be temporarily assigned to another department if needed

- Salary starting at €14.40 per hour

- 32 to 40-hour workweek, fixed day shifts from 07:00 to 16:00
- Travel allowance from 10 km (max. €11.50 per day)
- Possibility of quick takeover by Geodis based on performance
- Growth opportunities to roles such as team leader or reach truck driver
Job Requirements
What do we ask of you?
- Fulltime availability (32–40 hours) in day shifts
- Own transport and living in the Venlo region or just across the border
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
- Physically fit and motivated to get started
- Team player with a flexible attitude
