Part time production employee

As a production worker, you will contribute to the smooth running of the production process at Rockwool. You will work in shifts, which means you need to be flexible and ready to work both weekdays and weekends. Your main challenges will include operating various production machines and keeping your workspace clean. Experience with forklifts is a plus, but not required, as we offer training.

What You Will Do:

• Operate: different types of production machines that are used to create and proces rockwool
• Maintain: cleanliness of your workspace and perform basic maintenance.
• Execute: tasks that contribute to the production process.
• Communicate: with colleagues and team leaders to discuss progress.
• Work: with forklifts in certain areas, if you have a forklift certificate.

• Competitive hourly wage starting at €15.27, excluding shift allowances.
• Premiums for varying shifts, 125% for the mid shift, 135 % for the nightshift and up to 157% for weekend work.

We are looking for a motivated production worker with a passion for production work and shifts.

• Motivation, reliability, and safety awareness
• Ability to commute independently
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Good communication in Dutch, English, or German
• Willingness to work weekends is a plus
