About the position
As a (Process) Operator at ROCKWOOL in Roermond - near the German border - you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient production of our sustainable stone wool products and (construction) panels. You working in a 3-, 4-, or 5-shift system, you will be part of a dynamic team that keeps our machines running smoothly while meeting production goals. What You Will Do:
- Operate machines and equipment, ensuring proper setup and adjustments based on production requirements.
- Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to meet planning and specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues and deviations in the production process to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborate with your team to coordinate tasks and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

- Monthly salary between €3,178 and €3,839 gross plus shift allowance ranging from 21.5% to 28.5%.

- Work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a shift-based, international work environment.
- Completed technical education, preferably in process technology.
- Strong technical understanding of operating machinery.
- Precise, independent, and high-quality work approach.
- Strong awareness of quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency communication in Dutch or English or German
- Willingness to work in 3-, 4-, or 5-shift systems.
