About the position
As a Process Operator at ROCKWOOL in Roermond, located close to the German border - you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient production of high quality sustainable stone wool (isolation) products and (construction) panels. For the insulation of walls and pipes. Working in a 3-, 4-, or 5-shift schedule. You will be part of a dynamic team that keeps our machines running smoothly while meeting production goals. What You Will Do:
- Operate, set up, and adjust production machines and equipment.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments where necessary.
- Identify and resolve process deviations and technical issues.
- Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure product excellence.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational excellence.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Gross monthly salary between €3,178 and €3,839
- Shift allowance between 21.5% and 28.5%
- ROCKWOOL - contract
- Work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.

- Minimum of 25 vacation days

Job Requirements
We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a shift-based, international work environment.
- Completed technical education, preferably in Process Technology.
- Technical affinity and understanding of machinery and production processes.
- Ability to work accurately and independently.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills in Dutch, English, or German.
- Willingness to work in a 3- or 4- or 5-shift schedule.
