Are you ready to get down and dirty with some heavy-duty machines? At ARA-Print, we don’t do half-assed work we roll up our sleeves and keep the presses pumping. As a production worker, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, handling big, powerful machines and making sure every piece of print leaves our floor looking damn good. You’ll be working in a 2-shift system, keeping the flow smooth, the quality high, and the gears turning. We need someone who’s got stamina, loves the grind, and isn’t afraid to get their hands out of their sleeves.

What You’ll Be Handling

🔹 Feeding the beast – keeping the machines stocked with materials so they never run dry
🔹 Pressing all the right buttons – operating and adjusting powerful printing, cutting, and laminating machines
🔹 Making sure everything looks tight – checking prints, ensuring perfect quality, and packing them up nice and neat
🔹 Giving the machines some love – basic maintenance, cleaning, and keeping them running smooth
🔹 Getting sweaty with the team – working together to keep the floor safe, clean, and running like a well-oiled machine

💰 Up to €16.74 per hour (including shift allowance) – get paid well
📄 Temporary contract with a chance to go permanent – show us what you’ve got
🚗 Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way)
🌴 8.33% holiday pay, ready to cash out when you want it
📈 Room to move up – if you’re good with your hands, there’s always a bigger machine to handle

🔧 MBO-level skills in a production environment – you know your way around machines
🌙 Full-time availability in 2 shifts – because we need you when things get hot
🗣 Fluent in Dutch or English – so you don’t press the wrong button.
