About the position
As a productiemedewerker on the IBC-afdeling at Mauser in Oosterhout, you will work in a dynamic production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. Your role involves assembling and inspecting industrial containers that are used by clients worldwide. You’ll contribute to a smooth production process while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Working in a 5-shift system, you’ll have the opportunity to take on varied tasks and grow within the company.
What You Will Do:
- Assembling: stalen pallets and frames for industrial containers.
- Inspecting: products for quality and safety according to company guidelines.
- Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving minor issues independently or with your team.
- Supporting: assisting colleagues in the production process when needed.
- Organizing: maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.

- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

Job Requirements
We are looking for an active, reliable team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing and active work.
- Flexible availability for a 5-shift schedule.
- Own transportation to Oosterhout is required.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English at B1 level or higher.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus.
