About the position
- Operate and monitor production lines.
- Resolve minor technical malfunctions.
- Perform quality inspections and checks.
- Identify and correct process deviations.
- Set up, adjust, and convert machines.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
What we offer
- Salary up to €3,250 gross per month (including shift allowance).
- 8% holiday allowance plus a 4% year-end bonus.
- 36-hour work week (3-shift schedule).

Job Requirements
- Dutch-speaking or English-speaking.
- Own transportation to Leerdam.
- Available full-time for shift work.
- Experience as an operator is an advantage.
- Accurate, proactive, and detail-oriented.
