About the position
As a Machine operator for flat glass products in Venlo, you will play an integral role in transforming raw glass into high-quality end products. Working within a medium-sized team, you will operate modern machinery in a dynamic production environment. Precision, teamwork, and a hands-on approach are key to achieving production and quality goals. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a supportive setting.
What You Will Do:
- Operate and adjust various machines according to established procedures to ensure smooth production.
- Troubleshoot (little) technical issues to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.
- Quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday, contributing to the achievement of production targets.

- An hourly wage starting at €15.55 plus 15% (2 shifts) or 23% 3-shift allowance.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Guaranteed 38.25 working hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance €0.23/km
- Daily free fresh fruit and excellent coffee at work
- Weekly payment is possible.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment and is eager to take on responsibilities in a 2- or 3-shift system.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Experience with machinery or manufacuring
- Physically fit: walking, standing, and lifting required.
- Knowledge of Dutch, English, or German.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
