As a production employee in our IBC department, you contribute to the production of high-quality industrial containers that meet our customers’ needs. You will work in a 5-shift system and play an important role in ensuring production processes run smoothly, always maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

- Assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers.
- Finish: prepare metal components for production.
- Inspect: products coming off the machines and check them for quality.
- Resolve: minor malfunctions and support colleagues with production tasks.
- Maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your assigned area.

- Hourly wage of €21.53 including shift allowance.
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week in a 5-shift system.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated team player with a practical mindset and a proactive attitude.
- MBO level 2 diploma or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Physically fit and willing to perform physically demanding work.
- Available to work in a 5-shift system (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00).
- Good command of Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level.
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
