As a production employee, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our candy products in Waddinxveen. What You Will Do:
- Operate: ensure the production machines function efficiently and address any minor issues during operation
- Replenish: keep the production lines stocked with necessary materials and ingredients to maintain a steady workflow
- Package: oversee the packaging process, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards
- Inspect: perform visual quality checks to ensure all products meet our specifications
- Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a positive, safe, and productive working environment

- An hourly salary of €14.99, with a raise after 26 weeks.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 8% holiday allowance and additional shift compensation.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
- Access to secure bike parking and free car parking on-site.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and efficient production worker who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and values teamwork and precision.
- Physically fit: able to lift and stand for hours.
- Comfortable working efficiently at a high tempo.
- Own transportation (bike or car) to Waddinxveen plant.
- Basic English proficiency for safety and work instructions.
- Previous production experience is a plus, not mandatory.
