Production employee parttime

As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to a smooth production process at Rockwool. You will work in shifts, which means you need to be flexible and willing to work both weekdays and weekends. Your main challenges will be operating various production machines and keeping your workspace clean. Experience with forklifts is a plus, but not required, as we offer training.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible: for keeping your workspace clean and performing basic maintenance.
• Operate: different types of production machines.
• Perform: tasks that contribute to the production process.
• Communicate: with colleagues and team leaders to discuss progress.
• Work: with forklifts in certain areas if you have a forklift certificate.

• Hourly wage: €15.27, excluding shift allowances.
• Temporary contract with potential for permanent.
• Flexible hours: 0 to 40 per week.
• Shift bonuses: morning 100%, afternoon 125%, night 135%, weekend 157%.

• Choice of 4-weekly or weekly salary payment.

• Willingness to work weekends

• Ability to commute independently
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Good communication in Dutch, English, or German
• Physically able to walk, stand and lift
