About the position
As a Production Operator at Mauser Benelux B.V., you play a key role in our production process. You work in a modern and dynamic manufacturing environment where quality and efficiency are essential. With your hands-on mindset, you ensure that every product meets the highest standards before being shipped to our customers.
What You Will Do:
- Secure: tighten lids and caps on plastic containers to ensure proper sealing.
- Trim: remove excess plastic from products to maintain quality standards.
- Organize: stack and move finished products to designated areas for further processing or shipment.
- Inspect: perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment.

Job Requirements
- A proactive, practical mindset;
- Physically fit and comfortable working at a fast pace;
- Able to quickly learn new tasks and processes;
- Willing to work in a 5-shift schedule;
- Flexible availability, as you will be part of the flex pool (weekly schedule is published every Thursday);
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B1).
