Production Worker

As an Operator, you will contribute to the smooth running of our production line. You will face the challenge of maintaining high standards while working in a fast-paced environment. Essential skills include a hands-on mentality, responsibility, and accuracy. Experience with CNC machines is a plus.

What You Will Do:

• Operate: production machinery efficiently and safely.
• Monitor: the production process and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform: routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Document: production data and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate: with team members to achieve production goals.

• Competitive starting salary of EUR €2940 gross per month, including shift allowance, with annual periodic additions
• Travel allowance of EUR €0.23 per kilometer
• Quarterly bonus of up to €2500 gross

• Basic PC skills for production systems
• Reasonable command of Dutch/German/English/Polish
