About the position

Your responsibilities as a Production Worker
- Mixing and Preparation: Weighing and mixing raw materials according to strict recipes;
- Machine Operation: Filling, emptying, and operating production machines. You ensure everything runs smoothly;
- Quality Control: Performing small checks to make sure each product meets high standards;
- Teamwork: Working in a small team to keep the production process efficient and running smoothly.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 14:30 → early weekend!
This is physical work, so lifting and standing for long periods is required.
What we offer
- Starting salary between €15 and €16 gross per hour;
- Full-time (38 hours per week), 32 hours possible;
- Chance of a permanent contract;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 km one-way;
- Holiday pay: 8.33% extra of your salary;
- 25 vacation days + you start saving for pension from your first day.
Job Requirements
- Likes to work with your hands;
- Physically fit and able to lift materials;
- Accurate and detail-oriented;
- You speak Dutch or English to understand work instructions;
- Production experience is preferred, but all other skills can be learned on the job.
