About the position
As a Production Worker at Rockwool, you help keep the production process running safely and efficiently. Together with your team, you ensure that products meet the highest quality standards while working in a clean and well-organized factory. You can work between 16 and 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, including weekends.

- Inspecting products for quality and specifications;
- Moving raw materials and finished products using a forklift or pallet truck;
- Cleaning machines and production equipment according to 5S and Lean standards;
- Supporting different departments within the production process.

Job Requirements
You enjoy practical work and like being part of a team. In addition, you:
- Are available to work rotating shifts, including weekends;
- Speak Dutch; English or German is considered an advantage;
- Are willing to complete internal training courses and certifications;
- Are available to work up to 40 hours per week.
