As an production employee at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will contribute to delivering high-quality cheese products to our customers. Working in a dynamic production environment, you will focus on precision, teamwork, and maintaining high standards. With flexible shifts in a 3-shift system, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while having opportunities for personal growth and development.
What You Will Do:
- Packaging: carefully pack various types of cheese while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Preparation: assist in slicing cheeses for shipment to customers.
- Shifts: work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts as part of a 3-shift system.
- Collaboration: work closely with colleagues to optimize production processes and maintain efficiency.
- Quality control: perform checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
