About the position
As a production worker at FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, you’ll be part of a team that ensures the creation of high-quality cheese products enjoyed by customers worldwide. Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth flow of the production process, where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the forefront. Working in a dynamic 3-shift system, you’ll contribute to a sustainable and innovative organization that values your growth and development.
Your responsibilities will include:- Packaging various types of cheese while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.
- Assisting in slicing and preparing products for shipment to customers.
- Conducting quality checks in line with food safety regulations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes.
- Operating modern machinery and adapting to innovative production techniques.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary of approximately €2,650, excluding shift allowances of 30%-40%.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time employment (32–40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday allowance and a 5% year-end bonus, plus travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km (up to €13.80 per day).
